Duties 
1. To ensure proper installation and operation of IT systems.

 8. Provide inputs to TTCL’s corporate planning processes and develop sectional objectives and functional plans that support the achievement of TTCL’s corporate objectives.
 9. Accountable for the development of employees and ensure the section has adequate performance capabilities in terms of skills and resources necessary to accomplish sectional objectives.
 10. Accountable for performance management of employees including setting objectives, providing regular feedback on performance and coaching and mentoring to improve performance and maximize employees’ satisfaction

Qualifications
• A University degree in Computer/Electronic engineering, computer science or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution. • 3 years experience in IT operation and or support function in a supervisory role in a highly IT dependant organization. • Good knowledge of various IT applications and systems as they relate to a telecommunications business. • Good knowledge and understanding of data communications technologies for the “New Public Network” including ATM, Frame Relay, xDSL and IP, good understanding of major layer2 and layer3 vendor products including ATM core switches, Subscriber Management Systems, DSLAMs, Edge Concentrators, Routers, Switches etc.; • Good knowledge and understanding of major layer2 and layer3 Element Management Systems, i.e. Cisco, Lucent, Nortel, Nokia, Juniper, Alcatel, etc. • Understanding of general network management processes and environments including trouble management, configuration management, change management and how these relate to provisioning. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster dynamic teamwork and collaboration. • Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure

Duties

 3. Develop plans to safeguard computer systems against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or access
 4. Operate the corporate Anti Virus and malware protection Policy, including; the tools that are used to enforce it, deployment of the antivirus and antimalware solution nationwide, outbreak management and version control.
 5. Deploy and manage effective Anti Intrusion systems. Monitor intrusion attempts and recommend appropriate measures to be taken against the offenders. Work with others to periodically test the strength of deployed systems.
 6. Protect TTCL against software piracy in terms of the software used at the organization as well as software developed by TTCL for use outside the organization.

1. Administer Oracle and SQL database server for applications of CCBS, PAYROLL, SUNSYSTEM, SUNFLOW, CCBS INTERCONNECT, CRS, INFLUX, HRMS, INTRANET, WEBSERVER, and ALL OTHER DATABASES OWN BY HIS by making sure that they up and running and users are able to connect to it.
 2. Administer Domain controller (DC) and exchange server at HQ and in all Zones that is DODOMA, MWANZA, MBEYA, ZANZIBAR and ARUSHA by making sure that users are connected to DC and receive their E-Mails.
 3. Administer of server operating system that is UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS 2003 SERVER for the systems mentioned in item 1 and 2 by making sure that the databases and application are running smoothly on it.
 4. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, database systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs for all systems mentioned in item 1, 2 and 3 by constantly monitoring of logs.
 5. To proactively monitor the databases, server’s Operating system and respectively hardware and all system resources to ensure systems are secure with minimum downtime.
 6. Maintain the Disaster recovering plan (DRP) by performing daily backup operations of all required Databases, group files and user files stored on the servers, file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and copy sent off site as necessary.
 7. Document the DRP procedures and test them.
 8. Working closely with IT project managers, developers, users support and IT security section to ensure high applications availability, high security and optimum performance
 9. Maintain System Change Log for all hardware, software and Application Systems which run on mentioned on item 1,2 and 3
 10. Creating and Maintaining Users of databases, mail server (exchange server), systems and domain controller.

 18. Work closely with billing section to ensure all CDR are collected loaded into the databases (interconnect, CCBS and RAMS) in order to maximum revenue collection.
 19. Propose and make recommendations for new software and hardware and services to purchase and work with various vendors for procurements.
 20. Monitor plans and coordinate the distribution of client software services parks, patches and upgrades.
 21. Assists in planning, design, and documentation, implementation of various systems which include servers, databases, network equipment and software applications.
 22. Ensure our hardware and software are properly licensed
 23. Perform routine services and maintenance for the systems mentioned on item 1, 2 and 3.

Qualifications

Duties 
1. Provides timely and correct legal advices and opinion on issues related to the operations of the business of the Company.
 2. Represents TTCL/Management in courts, tribunals, arbitrations etc. on matters relating to the Company’s business.
 3. Interfaces with, coordinates and monitors performance of external advocates handling Company cases.
 4. Participates in contracts negotiation process, drafting and reviewing to ensure that company’s interests are protected.
 5. Manages and ensure safe custody of major contracts, advises on contract management and monitors compliance of contractual obligations.
 6. Interfaces with Quality Management department in the process of developing and documenting policies, processes and procedures relating to legal services.
 7. To issue reports on the implementation of contractual obligations in respect of the contractor.
 8. Provide leadership to the section by demonstrating the corporate values, taking accountability for the actions and results of self and others and practice corporate governance in the section.
 9. Provide inputs to TTCL’s corporate planning processes and develop sectional objectives and functional plans that support the achievement of TTCL’s corporate objectives.
 10. Accountable for the development of employees and ensuring the section has adequate performance capabilities in terms of skills, competencies and resources necessary to accomplish sectional objectives
 11. Accountable for performance management of employees including setting objectives, regular feedback on performance and coaching and mentoring to improve performance and maximize employee job satisfaction.
 12. Accountable for developing section budget and monitor and control sectional expenditure and costs to meet the budget and maximize the effective use of TTCL’s financial resources.

 13. Implements and exercises delegated authority and any other instructions and directives as may be issued by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
1.    A University degree in law. Postgraduate qualifications in the related field will be an added advantage 2. Enrolment as an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. 3. Five (5) years experience in contracts and litigation of which two (2) years in a managerial position in a commercial environment. 4. Computer literacy with good knowledge in basic software applications. 5. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. High degree of integrity and ethical values 7. Ability to work independent, to organize and lead a team and make decisions.

Duties 
1. To develop, disseminate, monitor implementation and review Customer Relationship Management (CRM) guidelines, policies, processes for the smooth running of the customer services operations.
 2. To initiate and implement customer services improvement training to employees to enhance effective performance and achieve customer satisfaction.
 3. To liaise with sales, marketing, network, product development and IT teams to ensure timely management and resolution of customer complaints, enquiries, tariff changes etc.

Duties 
1. Develops and Manages key performance indicators based on World Class Customer Care Centre standards, ensuring outstanding customer service and consistency with corporate objectives. This entails significant team work with the Manager – Call Center.
 2. Manages the customer information in automated or manual databases in close collaboration with regional and corporate sales and support teams to maintain and increase customer satisfaction and support growth and retention strategies defined in the Strategic Business Plan.
 3. Defines projects when required and manages a cross functional TTCL team to deliver the objectives of the Customer focused projects.
 4. Provides analysis on customer feedback and participates with Marketing/Product Development to identify customer needs and feedback on TTCL current services and potential future services.
 5. Provides leadership and guidance to Regional teams to ensure consistent, best in class customer care. This interaction with Regional teams is required on a daily basis as well as specific project based leadership.

 5. To keep an up to date inventory of all channel products to third party vendors and TTCL regional centers.
 6. To monitor and track third party vendors performance (sales and quality) and guide where necessary to achieve TTCL external sales budget.
 7. Develop strong operational processes and support to third party vendors.
 8. To compile report(s) to sales office senior management on the performance of each third party vendor and action taken to mitigate where target is not achieved.
 9. To perform any other duty related with sales activities as may be assigned
