POSITION; SENIOR CANTEEN MANAGER (1 POST)
Job Purpose
To oversee the efficient and effective running of canteens on a daily basis
Primary Responsibilities
•    Supervise canteen Managers
•    Ensure team performance
•    Ensure increased sales and profitability
•    Ensure effective cost controls in all canteen operations
•    Ensure excellent customer services
•    Assist Top Management in identifying recruitment need for each canteen
•    Ensure proper staff training and development
•    Ensure retention of competent employees
•    Ensure health and safety of employees and customers
•    Ensure all canteens provide quality services
•    Ensure safety of  all canteen properties
•    Coordinate outdoor catering services
Minimum Qualifications:
•    Diploma in hotel management or equivalent qualifications. Possession of business administration qualifications is an added advantage
•    3 years work experience in similar role in a canteen, restaurant or hotel
•    Knowledge of health codes, safety handling of food and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures
•    People management skills
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Time management and organizational skills
•    Marketing skills (customer care and selling)
•    Excellent computer usage skills (Ms Word, Ms Excel etc)
•    Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

POSITION; ACCOUNTANT (1 POST)
Job Purpose
To oversee the proper maintenance of books of accounts and financial reporting of the company
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Advise management on various tax issues, including VAT and corporate tax, to ensure statutory compliance and prepare the relevant monthly and annual tax returns.
•    Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to books of accounts and document business transactions.
•    Analyze daily banking transactions and journal entries. Prepare various financial statements and management reports.
•    Establish and implement financial policies and procedures.
•    Coordinate preparation of annual budgets including sales budgets.
•    Assist in ensuring that purchases are conducted in a cost effective manner.
•    Reconcile sub-ledger accounts, such as inventories. Prepare and reconcile payroll.
•    Prepare monthly sales and cost reports for analysis.
•    Verify and reconcile contracts, orders and vouchers, and prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement
•    Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures. Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
•    Prepare monthly financial reports.
•    Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Bachelor of Commerce in accounting or equivalent qualifications in a related field.
•    At least 3 years postgraduate work experience in a similar role.
•    Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
•    Excellent computer usage skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Access etc).
•    Experience in dealing with corporate tax issues including VAT
