Dr.Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete(left) insists a point during a health break
conversation with Canadian Prime Minister Right Honorable Stephen
Harper(center) and Mrs. Melinda Gates who is a co-chair and trustee of
the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in Toronto Canada this
morning. President Kikwete is on a three days working visit in Canada at
the invitation of the Canadian Prime Minister participating in a summit
on Maternal,Newborn and child Health.
